Airtel users will now be able to use the remaining internet data next month. The company has started this service for postpaid users. The company claims that unused data of any users will no longer be useless. This project is part of the next program, which Airtel has launched today.
“All Airtel postpaid will now be able to transfer unused mobile data to the next bill cycling,” Airtel said in the press release. To increase customer experience, the company will spend Rs 2,000 crore in the project next program in next 3 years.
On the launch, Bharti Airtel MD and CEO (India and South Asia) Gopal Vittal said, “In Airtel, we start with all the schemes in mind keeping customers in mind. Through digital innovation, we want to improve customer experience.

Airtel launches these services
To improve Next-Generation Airtel stores-in-store experience, Airtel watched their stores for 2450 hours and mapped the traffic flow. Based on this inspection, the company will re-design 2500 stores across the country.

Security promise
The company has introduced ‘Airtel Secure’ service for its customers. Customers can save their smartphone from Accidental and Liquid Damage. If any damage to the device, the employee of the company will take it from your home and will be cured by the Authorized Service Center. After the phone is restored it will be delivered to the customer. This damage protection will be for two years. Norton Mobile Security Suite will also be provided by Airtel for malware protection.
