New Delhi: On Monday morning, Indian Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj roused the Pakistani Foreign Minister Sartaj Aziz, accusing him of not being able to “make the courtesy of answering the letter”, in which Sushma swaraj, Indian citizen Kulbhushan Jadhav, who was sentenced to death in Pakistan.
