OLA Introduces Cash On Wheels Ties Up With Yes Bank

From 8 Nov demonetization has hit the country . People are struggling harder to get cash. Bank and ATM are full of People making long que to get cash but it can’t be available due to shortage  even 2000 Rs day for completing their basic need. Earlier, we had seen how government had made cash available at Petrol Pumps, Big Bazaar stores, V-Mart stores etc.

So here is good news for people who are travelling via ola and not having the required cash or have some amount of shortage. OLA have Partnered YES bank and Ola has introduced mobile ATMs termed Ola Cash-On-Wheels, which will help you if you aren’t able to get cash from banks or ATMs even after so many days of the ban.

Behind this the main theme is to help People who are still facing issues and in my view this is good initiative by OLA. These mobile ATMs would be introduced tomorrow from 11 AM to 4 PM in major cities like Jaipur, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai. However, they would be available at limited locations only

Speaking about the partnership, Rajat Mehta, Senior President & Country Head, Brand & Retail Marketing, Yes Bank, said: “We are happy to partner with Ola to bring cash to the customer within easy reach and provide seamless withdrawal facility using Yes Bank PoS machines.”

Terms and Conditions

1. This transaction can be carried out only with debit cards.

2. You can’t withdraw more than 2000 per day, per debit card and it is subject to availability of cash.

3. This Rs 2000 will be included in daily/weekly withdrawal limit from ATM or Banks. As of now, the weekly limit is Rs 24,000 and this amount withdrawn from Cash-On-Wheels will be considered as a part of that.

4. Only cards that have this feature enabled, will be applicable.
