Google has given a job of Rs 1.44 crore to a 16-year-old boy from Chandigarh’s government school. This boy named Harshit Sharma is a student of 12th class (IT stream) in Government Model Senior Secondary School (GMSSS) located in Sector 33, Chandigarh. Google has selected Harshit for its graphic designing team. Google will first give Harshit a year’s training During this, his salary will be four lakh rupees per month. After completion of training, Harshit’s salary will be Rs 12 lakh per month. Hershey will leave for America on August 7.
Speaking to the Chandigarh Newsline, Harshit said, “I do not believe that my dream has come true. I always wanted to work with Google. I can not tell you how happy I am Who can guess that average student like me can also get a job in Google. I have got the result of my hard work. ‘
Harshit, who has been involved in the field of Kurukshetra in Haryana, studied Information Technology in the 11th standard. His parents are school teachers.
In a conversation with the media, Harshit said that since the age of 10, his interest in the field of design began to grow. During this time, he decided to get a job in Google. To change his dream into reality, Harshit started training with his uncle, Rohit. Learning-learning design became their passion He never even went to the professional institute.
Harshit said, ‘I applied for this job in the month of May. My online interview took place. My selection was based on the posters I created. During school time, I used to earn 40 thousand to 50 thousand by creating posters of Hollywood and Bollywood stars. ‘
Prior to this, Harshit got a 7 thousand rupees award under the Prime Minister’s Digital India Scheme.
