New Delhi: Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh today said that Rohingyas are illegal immigrants and they are not refugees who apply for asylum in India. While addressing a seminar organized by the National Human Rights Commission, NHRC, Singh said that when the Myanmar Rohingya is ready to take back people, why are some people objecting to their return? They said Rohingya is not a refugee. They did not come here after following the proper procedure. No Rohingya applied for asylum. They are illegal immigrants.
The Home Minister also said that India would not violate any international law by extraditing the Rohingya community, as they have not signed the United Nations Refugee Treaty 1951. NHRC recently sent a notice to the Center about the plan to extradite Rohingya people living in different parts of India. According to the commission, in terms of human rights, its intervention is appropriate.
On the other hand, in a mob of hundreds of people, a maulana threatened the government for the sake of Rohingya Muslims. In the name of Rohingya Muslims, Pakistan’s terrorist organization is threatening Jihad and preparing the army of 1 lakh jihadists to seek revenge against Modi and India. Sunni Ittehad Council in Pakistan then challenged PM Modi and Su KR and said that one lakh terrorists will send Rohingya to protect Muslims.

Now the voice of Pakistan is rising from India too, and the issue of bloodshed for Rohingya Muslims is being said all the time by giving the message of religion. Maulana Shabbir Ali said, “Inshallah Inshallah listen..listen to us, this is a memorandum from the Delhi government that these Rohingyas … they are our brothers. These are Muslims … who have their Koran … They are my Koran, which is their Rasool, my Rasool, those who insult them are my God. Do not assume that Rohingya Muslims are different from Hindustan Muslims. Muslims everywhere in the world. We are all brothers in our midst … all Muslims are brothers among themselves.

Maulana further said, Muslims are in the minority if Muslims are in the low, then is the Muslim weak. You do not know our history, you do not know our date. We are Karbala people.
