Chennai: C. Sreenivasan said in a public meeting in Madurai on Friday, “We have lied that (Jayalalithaa) has eaten idli and met the people. The truth is that no one had seen her.” C. Sreenivasan said I apologize for this. According to him, all the people involved in the government and the ruling AIADMK party lied that they had met Jayalalithaa at Apollo Hospital.
Jayalalithaa was admitted to Apollo Hospital on the night of 22nd September last year due to poor health and she died on December 5. C. Sreenivasan said, “We had lied so that the rule of the party could be hidden.
