New Delhi: The news is that the Censor Board has started issuing clearance certificates to release Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film ‘Padmavati’. According to the reports, the board has also given some suggestions about this movie. It is being told that the Censor Board has expressed objection to the name of the film and has changed its name from ‘Padmavati’ to ‘Padmavat’. Reports Says that ‘Ghoomar’ song is also being removed from the film.

According to the reports, the censor board has also suggested that the disclaimer be given before the film starts. This disclaimer would have written that the film does not glorify ‘Sati Pratha’. This decision has been taken after showing the review committee formed by the censor board in the film. The purpose of this review committee is to eliminate the controversy over the film. This committee included six members including Arvind Singh Mewar, Dr. Chandramani Singh and Prof. KK Singh. In this connection, the censor board had a meeting on December 28. According to the reports, after the meeting, it is being said that UA certificate is being given to the film.

Earlier, such reports were coming out that the movie’s story was rejected by the review committee. Let us tell you that this film, which will be released on December 1, has been hanged due to heavy protests. Rajput organization Karani army and some political parties had questioned the story of ‘Padmavati’, after which there was a heavy protest in many areas of the country. This film is based on the story of Padmavati, the queen of Chittorgarh. Padmavati has played Deepika Padukone in the film while Shahid Kapoor is in the role of Rawal Ratan Singh and Ranvir Singh as Alauddin Khalji.
